The information is just totally baffling. You get 10 'searches' to test it out, and each one either crashes, shows 'no products,' or gives you items that don't match my needs at all. I was super pumped to give this tool a shot, but I wouldn't rely on any results from this site, much less fork over cash for it.

This app has a lot of promise, but man, it crashes all the time and only connects to my shops when it feels like it. I’ve got a Professional account, but I can’t ever access all the features that come with it. My accounts still seem to be treated like I’m on a free plan. Customer support? Forget about it! Just look at how long it takes for them to respond here, especially on weekends. When they finally do get back to you, they always point fingers at Etsy for the problems, but I never have these connection issues with Marmalead or Everbee. If they could just focus on fixing the current problems instead of rolling out new features, I really think this could be an awesome platform. Until then, it’s a hard pass for me.

I'd give 10 stars just for the customer support if that was an option! The software performs as expected, delivering precise figures well over a 10k mark for competition. It's definitely superior to any other Etsy research tool available, no doubt about it.

Disappointingly, I had high hopes, but the app is pretty unpredictable. It links to my store whenever it wants to. It claims to be connected, yet the dashboard info is outdated, and the listing helper can't locate my listings. I'm really let down. Not gonna renew.

It just won't load, that spinning circle keeps going on and on. My internet's solid, so that's not the issue. No matter what I attempt, it crashes every time. On top of that, I got hit with a surprise charge of 100 Eur on my credit card. This is really frustrating...
